Shipping

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days and shipped from our 3PL Warehouse in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia.

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided.

If your order arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide photos of both the product and packaging.

Returns & Refunds

Physical Products

This policy applies to our physical products, including Map of Australia Stickers and Camping Clothes Lines.

We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges for change of mind purchases.

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or has been damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Where a fault is confirmed, we will provide a replacement or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of mobile presets and other downloadable products are final.

Once a digital product has been purchased and delivered, refunds, exchanges or cancellations cannot be provided.
